To request an online price quote, you will need to count the total number of words and characters in your text. If your text is not in computer format, you can send it to us via courier to our address or send it via regular/express mail.

Performing a Word Count?

É It's quite simple: After opening Microsoft Word, go to Tools and then Word Count. You will see the number of words as well as the number of characters. Write down the number of words and characters without spaces and send this information to us.

Whether or not you end up approving the quote, you can rest assured that the information contained in any files you send will be safe with us (Please see the Privacy Policy). If you prefer, we would also be happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before accepting the quote or beginning the translation project.
